Create a timeline that is both creative and useful! You want to be able to add to it as we progress through the class and more importantly, study from it at any time. Include all dates, time periods/movements, relevant artists/artworks starting with PREHISTORY through the High Renaissance/Mannerism.

• Should be easy to read

• Need to be able to see how time periods overlap

• Include the following:

  • Art Periods (Ancient Egypt, Gothic Art, etc)​Refer to class website content tabs.
  • A min. of 2 works of art from each of the content areas
  • Picture(s) for each image
  • Date, original location
  • "Significance" - describe in a sentence or two the most important idea/concept/innovation about each work. (is it function?  form? content? context?)
